Meet Vikki, Founder of Reflex & Reset
Hello! I’m Vikki, the proud owner of Reflex & Reset. My journey into reflexology began years ago when I turned to this incredible therapy to manage my symptoms of Endometriosis, such as backaches and cramps. The profound relief and relaxation I experienced led me to explore further treatments, which played a pivotal role in my fertility journey and recovery after multiple miscarriages.
The stress relief and balance that reflexology brought to my life, along with some lifestyle changes, significantly helped to contribute to the natural conception of my daughter. It also helped alleviate symptoms around back aches and pains during my pregnancy, making it a truly holistic experience for me.
During my maternity leave, I decided to follow my passion and retrain as a reflexologist, driven by the desire to help others find the same relief. I received my training from one of Britain’s leading reflexologist, Louise Keet, at The London School of Reflexology. Under her expert guidance, I also completed CPD courses in Hand Reflexology and Preconception, Pregnancy, and Postnatal Care. I have also trained with award winning creator Ziggie Bergman and am now qualified in Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift.
At Reflex & Reset, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including many men who have benefited greatly from reflexology. From alleviating back issues to reducing anxiety and improving mood, reflexology offers significant benefits for everyone. My male clients have found the treatments particularly helpful in managing stress, enhancing relaxation, and supporting overall wellbeing.
In addition to reflexology, I am a fully qualified Swedish Body Masseuse, with advanced training in Pregnancy Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. At Reflex & Reset, I am dedicated to creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, embracing a comprehensive holistic approach.
